Scope & limits
Checks compare BOM and CPL only. Coordinates are compared per side and converted from explicit mm, mil or inch suffixes; bare numbers are treated as mm. Different sides may use the same coordinates. Arbitrary numeric rotations are valid, though values outside ±360° are flagged for review. BOM-only references marked DNP are expected and do not fail the cross-file check.
Without Gerber or board outline data, this tool cannot confirm the true component rotation, physical package match, or whether placement is outside the board. PASS means these checks found no issue; it does not guarantee manufacturability. Statistical and proximity warnings need human review.
JLCPCB-specific checks are reserved for rules supported by current official documentation. No such rule is enabled in this release; selecting the profile reports “not run.” General checks are independent of manufacturer.
Architecture: independent general checks and a manufacturer profile module. Future board-outline analysis and affiliate links can be added without changing the local-file flow.
